This Privacy Policy ("Policy") covers personally identifiable information collected or stored by EveryEx.com on its servers or other media.

Users ("Users") are strongly recommended to read this Privacy Policy carefully to have an understanding of EveryEx.com's policy and practices with regard to the treatment of personal information and data provided by them. This Policy is applicable to both registered and non-registered Users, and the provisions herein may be updated, revised, varied and/or amended from time to time as EveryEx.com deems necessary.

EveryEx.com pledges to meet fully with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong. In doing so, EveryEx.com will ensure compliance by its staff to the strictest standards of security and confidentiality in respect of all personal information and data submitted by users via EveryEx.com and its sub-domains and EveryEx.com will not release such information to anyone without the prior consent of the relevant user(s) except to the authorized persons listed under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance mentioned above.

EveryEx.com collects and retains the least amount of personally identifiable information needed to fulfill its operational needs and it is governed by a defined data retention policy.

When using any of our services ("Services"), you consent to the collection, disclosure and other uses of your information deems necessary described below.

User Accounts

Users who do not register will be identified by network Internet Protocol ("IP") address or identifiable device address (e.g. MAC address, phone number, etc.) Users who do register are identified also by their chosen username. Users select a password, which is confidential and used to verify the integrity of their account. Except insofar as it may be required by law, no person should disclose, or knowingly expose, either user passwords and/or cookies generated to identify a user. Once created, user accounts will not be removed. It may be possible for a username to be changed, but EveryEx.com does not guarantee that a username will be changed on request.

You may email us at support@everyex.com with a request that we delete your User Account. Accounts are terminated promptly and, absent extenuating circumstances, we will honor your request and delete your account information in no more than 45 days. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or as necessary for the protection of the rights of EveryEx.com or its Users.

Information Collected

EveryEx.com may collect personal information and/or data about a User such as his/her name, log-in ID and password, address, email address, phone number, age, sex, date of birth, country of residence, nationality, education level and work experience that is/are not otherwise publicly available. Occasionally, EveryEx.com may also collect additional personal information and/or data from a User in connection with contests, surveys, or special offers.

When you use our Services, we also automatically record information about your use ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your computer's or mobile device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, the webpage on EveryEx.com that you visit, access times and dates and other statistics.

Only duly authorized staff of EveryEx.com will be permitted to access the Users' personal information and data, and EveryEx.com shall not release such personal information and data to any third parties save and except for the circumstances listed out under the Paragraph entitled "Disclosure or Transfer of Data".

Access of Data

Any User is entitled to request access to or make amendments to his/her own personal information and data kept with EveryEx.com by contacting support@everyex.com.

In the event that a User wishes to access or amend his/her personal information and data, EveryEx.com may request him/her to provide personal details in order to verify and confirm his/her identity. EveryEx.com is required to respond to a User's requests within 45 days of his/her request and will endeavor to do so wherever possible.

Disclosure or Transfer of Data

EveryEx.com agrees to take all practicable steps to keep all personal information and data of Users confidential and/or undisclosed, subject to the following.

Generally speaking, EveryEx.com will disclose User's user name and information agreed to be displayed in its Services for its proper operations. All other information will not be disclosed. While you can use EveryEx.com privately, we encourage you to share some of your information in some of our Services to gain the most benefit from using them.

On the other hand, EveryEx.com will only disclose and/or transfer Users' personal information and/or data to EveryEx.com's personnel and staff for the purpose of providing services to Users. However, EveryEx.com may disclose and/or transfer such information and/or data to third parties under the following circumstances:

1. where the information and/or data is disclosed and/or transferred to any third party suppliers or external service providers who have been duly authorized by EveryEx.com to use such information and/or data and who will facilitate the services on its Services, under a duty of confidentiality
2. where the information and/or data is disclosed and/or transferred to any agents, affiliates or associates of EveryEx.com who have been duly authorized by EveryEx.com to use such information and/or data
3. where EveryEx.com needs to protect and defend its rights and property
4. where EveryEx.com considers necessary to do so in order to comply with the applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation compliance with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served
5. where EveryEx.com deems necessary in order to maintain and improve the Services

Personal data collected via EveryEx.com may be transferred, stored and processed in any country in which EveryEx.com or its affiliates operate. By using its Services, Users are deemed to have agreed to, consented to and authorized EveryEx.com to disclose and/or transfer their personal information and data under the circumstances stated above, as well as to any transfer of information of the Users' country.

In case of business transfers, EveryEx.com may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including the information identified in this Policy, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.

Purpose of Collection of Private Information

When using our Services, Users may disclose or be asked to provide personal information and/or data. In order to have the benefit of and enjoy our various Services, it may be necessary for Users to provide EveryEx.com with their personal information and/or data. Although Users are not obliged to provide the information and/or data as requested EveryEx.com, EveryEx.com will not be able to render certain Services if Users fail to do so.

EveryEx.com's collection of information and data include but not limited to the following:

1. for the daily operation of the services provided to Users
2. to identify Users who have posted data, messages, photos, views or comments or such other information (collectively "Information") on EveryEx.com
3. to identify Users who have viewed the Information posted on EveryEx.com
4. to provide Users with marketing and promotional materials for their enjoyment of benefits as members of EveryEx.com
5. to identify Users who have enjoyed their benefits as members of EveryEx.com by receiving and using marketing and promotional materials
6. to provide Users with a platform and forum for posting photos, sharing and discussing their insights in respect of services or products in EveryEx.com
7. to design and provide products and services to Users in relation to the above purposes
8. to compile aggregate statistics about the Users and to analyze service usage for EveryEx.com's internal use
9. to facilitate EveryEx.com to use the Users. personal data for purposes relating to the provision of services offered by EveryEx.com and marketing services, special events and/or promotions of EveryEx.com, its affiliates and/or their respective clients
10. to solve technical problems, by developers examining the Log Data in the course of solving technical problems and in tracking down badly-behaved web spiders that overwhelm the site
11. to provide site statistics

If EveryEx.com requires the use of Users. personal data for a purpose other than those set out hereinabove, EveryEx.com may request the Users. prescribed consent to the same. If User is a child under the age of 13, the prescribed consent should be given by his/her parent or guardian.

Children's Information

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If the User is under the age of 13, EveryEx.com would strongly recommend him/her to seek prior consent from a person with parental responsibility for him/her, e.g. parent or guardian, who may contact the responsible personnel of EveryEx.com at support@everyex.com for registering the User as a member. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with any personally identifiable information without prior consent from a person with parental responsibility for him/her, we will delete such information and the child's account.

Promotional Materials & Marketing Materials

EveryEx.com and its affiliates may from time to time send to Users promotional materials and marketing materials based on the personal information and data that they have provided to EveryEx.com. EveryEx.com may use Users. data in direct marketing but requires the Users. consent (which includes an indication of no objection) for that purpose. In this connection, please note that:

1. the name, log-in ID and password, contact details, age, sex, date of birth, country of residence, nationality, education level and work experience of Users held by EveryEx.com from time to time may be used by the Company and/or its authorized personnel or staff in direct marketing
2. all ranges of of services, products and subjects shown on EveryEx.com, including their special offers, coupons, discounts, group purchases, reward programs, special events, promotional campaigns, donation programs, etc. may be marketed
3. EveryEx.com may receive money or other property in return for providing the data to the other organizations and, when requesting the Users. written consent, EveryEx.com will inform the Users if EveryEx.com receives any money or other property in return for providing the data to the other organizations.

Suitable measures are implemented to make available to such members the options to "opt-out" of receiving such materials. In this regard, Users may choose to sign up or unsubscribe for such materials by logging into the registration or user account maintenance webpage, or clicking on the automatic link appearing in each newsletter/message, or sending email to support@everyex.com.

Data Retention

IP and the typical Log Data

When a User requests or reads a page, no more information is collected than is typically collected by web sites. EveryEx.com may keep raw logs of such transactions, but these will not be published or used to track legitimate users. The server confidentially stores related IP information and the Log Data for a limited period of time. This information is automatically deleted after a set period.

Cookies

EveryEx.com set a temporary session cookie on a visitor's computer or other devices. Readers who do not intend to log in or edit may deny this cookie; it will be deleted at the end of the browser's session. More cookies may be set when one logs in to maintain logged-in status. If one saves a user name or password in one's app or browser, that information will be saved for up to 180 days (which will be reviewed periodically and changed without further notice), and this information will be resent to the server on every visit to the same pages. Users using a public machine who do not wish to show their username to future users of the machine should clear these cookies after use.

Information Security & Phishing

EveryEx.com employs reasonable physical, technological and administrative security measures to protect the information it collects. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we use commercially acceptable means to protect the information we collect, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

If EveryEx.com learns of a security breach that results in the unauthorized disclosure of your information, we may attempt to notify you electronically through the Services so that you can take appropriate protective steps. EveryEx.com may also send an e-mail to you at the e-mail address you have provided to us for a notification pursuant to this paragraph. If you wish to receive written (non-electronic) notice of any security breach, please send a request for such notice, including your physical address, to support@everyex.com.

Identity theft and the practice currently known as .phishing. are of great concern to EveryEx.com. Safeguarding information to help protect you from identity theft is a top priority. We do not and will not, at any time, request your credit card information, your account ID, login password or identification numbers in a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail or telephone communication.

EveryEx.com believes that maintaining and preserving the privacy of user data is an important value. This Privacy Policy, together with other policies, resolutions, and actions by EveryEx.com, represents a committed effort to safeguard the security of the limited user information that is collected and retained on our servers. Nevertheless, EveryEx.com cannot guarantee that user information will remain private. We acknowledge that, in spite of our committed effort to protect private user information, determined individuals may still develop data-mining and other methods to uncover such information and disclose it. For this reason, EveryEx.com can make no guarantee against unauthorized access to information provided in the course of using Services in EveryEx.com.
